DBS

Problem

Create a mature brand in a brand-new and rapidly changing industry—without sacrificing approachability.

Solution

Pulling from InTandem's ethos to create a modularity-focused design system that fosters collaboration through open-source elements.

Un-DAO-niably Different

Standing out in a new, rapidly-changing environment was key, so we shifted the focus to "community", rather than "Web3", paving the way for a scalable community-based brand that skipped over relying on Web3 stereotypes to build brand recognition.

Venturing Further

With GV funding under their belt, InTandem quickly outgrew their early brand and wanted an established look that would continue to scale with them—without sacrificing approachability. Modular icons, shapes, patterns, and templates are all modular without impacting brand recognition—everything's ready for the next phase and beyond.

Plays Well With Others

Rooted in community and accessible education, simplifying the collaborative process was a must. We kept the design system lean and met them where they were, building out easy-to-navigate media kits, brand guidelines, and templates—right into all their existing workflows without interrupting collaboration.

InTandem's primary brand colours. Vertical strips of color are seen with their corresponding hex codes. From left to right, white transitions to InTandem's signature blue, then to black.
